So with this recipe, there’s no doubt that even without a gelatin, you can achieve a firm but creamy texture of a cheesecake.
OREO CHEESECAKE TART and CUPCAKE (No bake, No gelatin)

Ingredients
- 24 pcs Oreo
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Creamcheese
- 1 cup Heavy/All Purpose Cream
- 1 cup Melted White Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Melted chocolate For decoration only
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos using food processor (if you have), but if you don't have, put it in a ziplock and crush it using the rolling pin
- Place it in a large bowl and pour in the melted butter
- Mix well until the butter is incorporated to the oreos
- Place it in the baking pan or tart molder then press and flatten it using a flat object so that it will not be mixed with your creamcheese mixture later.
- Chill it for 1 hour
- Whisk the cream cheese with a hand mixer until stiff peak
- Then mix in the melted white chocolate, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Whisk it until it becomes creamy
- Put crush oreos for additional flavoring and design
- Get your chilled crust and pour in the cream cheese mixture. Spread and flatten it
- Chill for another 2 hours
- Design it with melted chocolate and additional Oreos on top.
