If you’re a sweet tooth and also loves to eat a crispylicious fried chicken. You can try this deceiving fried chicken recipe that I have. With just 5 ingredients, you can easily make this ice cream fried chicken or fried chicken ice cream or whatsoever.

- 2 cup Heavy/All Purpose Cream
- 1 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Bread sticks or Pretzel sticks
- Cornflakes
Instructions
- Chill the heavy cream and condensed milk for atleast an hour
- Whip the heavy cream until thickened
- Pour in the condensed milk and whip together with the cream
- Add in the vanilla extract
- In your molder, pour in the mixture then place the bread sticks to serve it as a bone of the chicken
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
- Crush the cornflakes. Don't crush it too much or it will be powderized. This will be the crispy skin of the chicken
- Cover the molded ice cream with the cornflakes. If you have difficulty sticking the cornflakes in the ice cream, you can melt white chocolate and cover the ice cream first with the chocolate before covering it with cornflakes.
- Freeze it for another 15-20mins.
