Ingredients
STIR FRY SAUCE
- 1 club Garlic
- Ground paper
- 1/2 cup Hot water
- 3-4 tbsp Oyster Sauce or Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
BEEF AND BROCCOLI
- 500 gram Beef strips
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 lb Broccoli
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds (garnish)
- Toasted garlic
Instructions
- Combine all stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl, stir well to dissolve the sugar, and set aside
- In a medium heated skillet, place the butter and stir fry the beef util it turns brown or a little toasted
- Toss in the broccoli and stir fry a little bit
- Add the sauce, reduce heat to medium and wait until It will thicken. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds or toasted garlic
- Serve and Enjoy!
