UBE MACAPUNO SALAD

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Gelatin powder
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups All purpose/Heavy cream
  • 1 cup/can Ube flavored condensed milk (Alaska)
  • Macapuno (Coconut Strings)

Instructions
 

  • Make the gelatin first by mixing the gelatin powder and water in small caserole
  • Bring it to boil and transfer in a 1 inch pan or molder of your choice
  • Once the gelatin solidified, cut into cubes and transfer in a large bowl
  • Mix the condensed milk, cream and macapuno
  • Mix until the color is even
  • Chill for atleast 30 mins.
  • Server, Share and Enjoy!
