EASY HOMEMADE CHEESY NACHOS

Ingredients
  

  • Nacho Chips
  • 1/2 cup Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Red/White Onions
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 500 grams Minced/Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • Ground Pepper
  • Salt
  • Grated Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

CHEESE SAUCE

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 5 pcs Sliced Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cheese Powder
  • 1 cup Milk

GARLIC SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup Minced Garlic
  • Ground Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy/All Purpose Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pan, saute garlic in butter with a little oil to avoid burning the butter
  • Add in the ground beef, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Saute till the meat turns brown.
  • Drain the oil and set aside

CHEESE SAUCE

  • Create a roux by melting the butter in a small sauce pan and add putting the flour.
  • Mix until the flour is dissolved
  • Add gradually the milk to get the right consistency
  • Put the slice cheese and cheese powder then mix continously in low heat till the cheese is melted and the sauce turns thick

GARLIC SAUCE

  • In a small bowl, just mix the garlic, salt, pepper and cream.
  • Add more garlic to adjust according to your desired garlicky taste
  • Assemble the nachos in a plate by putting first the chips
  • Then add the beef on top of the chips and then the tomatoes and onions
  • Pour in the cheese and garlic sauce then put cheese as many as you want
  • Enjoy!
